      Pros

      Pays Great. Holidays are a plus addition. PTO is accrued .

      Cons

      Management will try to overwork you. Corporate has no idea what’s going on at the properties. Only work here if you need money because there’s no opportunity for advancement. Also Supervisors don’t know how to conduct themselves. Very Authoritative

      This place is the worst place

      Pros

      Time off is same as most management companies. The early dismissal Fridays same at other companies. I don’t see any pros I would run far away

      Cons

      They only care about the higher ups. There is no room for growth and being a senior here is like being a property manager at any other company. They act as if you should do everything while others in the offices just sit on there phones

      Nice vacation time given to employees

      The position gave me a large amount of work for a low wage. The regional manager undermined every idea and plan I put into place.
