All people from GM to Directors to skilled professionals are hard-working, talented, professional and kind.

Cons

The current CEO is one of the most cold-blooded and dysfunctional individuals you will ever meet. Confused and ignorant when it comes to manufacturing and operations. Poor communicator, even more so at mentoring. Will not honor commitments.
