SME specializing in research and consulting. Hands-on approach covering different tasks from start to finish.
Cons
Not for everyone. Only flexible and persevering people succeed. As with many SMEs you get periods of work overload.

Fast-paced; never gets boring Opportunity to work on multiple projects Fun, young coworkers from all around the world You are expected to take on a lot, but that also allows you to learn a lot You are able to work closely with the COO and CEO Work atmosphere has a good balance of seriousness and also joking around Fast progression if you work hard and do a good job
Cons
Lack of HR means it makes it difficult to raise concerns No benefits
