Pros

The people at work have been great to work with internally and the field employees mainly at Microsoft are fun to place. Sales, Recruiting, and the Operations.

Cons

Matt Sauri has been the root of why there has been much turnover internally. If you stick around long enough you will find many "yes men and women" are really against him and his views. His image is a facade created by marketing. He is not the person who outsiders are tricked into believing.

Pros

Wimmer has been around the Seattle area for a number of years, so they are more well-known than other staffing firms in the area. Some pockets of quality folks Decent benefits

Cons

Though Wimmer has been around awhile, don't let that fool you. They are nowhere near what other staffing firms are in the Seattle area. They are run from a leadership team that doesn't have deep experience. They know little about the solutions their contractors provide and don't understand how to run their business in the "modern era" of staffing. They are strictly a numbers based, high volume, resume-thrown' over the fence operation. People here are strictly a number and they have experienced tremendous turnover.

Pros

It is nice to truly feel as part of a team! I like that Wimmer is continuing to provide additional training, engagement and networking events with other field employees. My questions are answered promptly by reaching out to my main point of contact. On top of all of this, I have always been paid on time! The company values are a great match for my personality and work ethic!

Cons

Wimmer is not perfect, but no company is. They continue to work through process kinks as they grow as a company. I, however, have not been impacted significantly by any of these kinks. :)

It's a primary goal of ours to ensure that every field employee feels like the important part of the Wimmer team they are, and we are always looking for feedback to improve that. In fact, right now we are working on developing more events and opportunities for field employees who want to connect with other subject matter experts or practitioners of specific technologies.
