      Toxic culture , Bias and unprofessional not as per a MNC company

      There were some good team mates to work with

      Very toxic culture especially the SEA regional management , bias and does not provide clear jobscope , tend to remove employees in very rigid way , not a good company to work for long term especially the management in Malaysia also the regional hub. Employees are removed or asked to leave without proper justification , no career growth nor proper management . This company also has many compliance issues on both products , sales and management .

      Pay and benefits were good.

      I worked in the UK. Horribly bad senior management with regard to 'people management'. Seemed to me that the business was successful despite senior management rather than because of them.

      Pros

      Wilo as a wider company is okay. What they try to offer is great and the office is well equipped/ modern. The wider business gives a sense of inclusion but sadly the UK branch does not match up.

      Cons

      Unfortunately they have managers in the wrong places creating clicks, internal bullying and extreme favouritism. It’s witness by many and flagged with no consequences it seems. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere, the worst office I have ever been a part of, truly awful! Pay is also poor.
