Pros

Met some great people that worked directly with me, passionate and hard working.

Cons

Literally everything else. Bad pay, bad management, if you push back on upper management at all you are deemed a bad employee. Very cult like organization with its "White Lodging Way". The expectation of working hours versus what you actually get paid is actually comical. Do not expect any work life balance.

They will grow your career / long training, but it's about learning their approach to restaurants versus your previous employers

Lots of opportunities to be promoted within different hotels without having to relocate.

Long process and internal promotion raise is limited.
