DISORGANIZED and FAKE UPDATE

Pros

Hybrid Schedule 2/3 days in Office

Cons

This is an update on my short review of this company after receiving a disgusting, FALSE, AI-generated reply to my original review. I was hired as a Full-Time employee as part of my contract, including the entirety of my team (30+ employees) as stated by word of mouth from the employees themselves. We were NOT hired for short term project, this was NOT a contract based position and yet less than 10 of my original team remained after just 2 months of being hired. Many were left without work which left a horrible impression on this company. Again, they continue to LIE with the promise of job security and the opportunity for long-term commitment and lay off anyone at a whim. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAREER.

There is no room for error. People are constantly being laid off. Training is minimal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed working with your colleagues and that the project provided valuable recruiting experience early in your career. We'd like to provide some additional context regarding this engagement. This was a high-volume, performance-based RPO project where expectations and productivity metrics were clearly communicated during the interview process, onboarding, and through ongoing coaching. Because this was a client-managed engagement, the client retained the ability to remove recruiters who were not meeting the agreed-upon performance expectations. We also want to clarify the perception that this was a "revolving door." While there were staffing changes throughout the engagement, approximately 83% of the recruiters who joined the project remained with us through its completion—a retention rate we are very proud of, particularly considering the project was staffed largely with junior recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Additionally, what was originally expected to be a three-month engagement was extended to nearly eight months due to the success of the program, and many recruiters were ultimately converted into full-time positions with the client. We appreciate your feedback regarding training and continuously look for ways to strengthen our onboarding and coaching processes. Thank you again for your contributions, and we wish you continued success in your career.
