      Nice facilities but toxic environment and poor management

      Time off and facilities are nice

      Cons

      Worst HR of any company I’ve ever known. Management is out of touch. Negative environment. The wrong people get promoted. People who act as viruses tend to stay and get rewarded. No accountability of any kind. Politically corrupt. Westfield has gone from a 10 to a 1 in a matter of 8 years. Sad.
