      Good way to get experience

      Pros

      Because WALAB was such a small company, we celebrated birthdays and holidays together. It was a relaxed place that gives good experience for those who just completed school.

      Cons

      Not much growth because company was so small. Boss is intimidating and can be hard to approach.

      Pros

      Great place to get started working in chemistry. Flexible hours. You can learn allot here. Manger was very understanding. Owner was cool when he was in a good mood.

      Cons

      Pay is minimum wage. Front desk lady was moody and acted like your boss. Get your experience and move on too better positions. Never get too comfortable.
