      Pros

      I got a ton of experience in a short time and helped a ton of people. It was a fast-paced enviroment which I really liked. I had to move out of town and haven't been able to find anything like it since then.

      Cons

      Although I enjoyed learning, it was a lot initially to learn as I didn't have a ton of experience prior.
