      Nothing. Not one good thing I can say.

      Cons

      Screw you on vacation time. If you quit, they’ll keep your last paycheck. Terminate people for anything. Watched HR try to fire a guy one day for standing and he didn’t even work there. He was a truck driver. Dirty. Dusty. Unhealthy. Micro managing. Talk to you like garbage. Machines are dangerous. Everyone in management or higher are all Chinese and don’t speak any English. All the Americans have to use a translator to speak. The Chinese people there will degrade you and talk to you like you’re garbage because they think they’re intellectually superior to Americans.

      - No LOTO procedures people just work on things live. - Misrepresentation of job and job title to get you to join the "team" -No parts and management just lets maintenance use any part that fits without looking for a suitable substitute. -
