      The flexibility for this job is great

      Cons

      Training is a joke. They continue to tell us things after we’ve done them wrong instead of instructing us the right way. Pay is per patient so you could go all day without making any money if you don’t have a 20 minute interaction with this person/chart. $11 per patient interaction. This would be a good job for you if you want to work for free.

      Pros

      -very flexible. You make your own schedule as long as you complete your patient panel by the end of the month -supervisors are very respectful, kind, and helpful. Available for any questions you have. -it is a work from home job

      Cons

      -no PTO -pay isn’t the greatest but the flexibility somewhat makes up for it. -no room for advancement
