      * Stable 9 - 5 style work days. * Fantastic experienced and helpful staff. * Comfortable and friendly working environment. * Opportunities for progression * Helping to deliver better care to healthcare patients through fantastic healthcare software and innovation.

      Cons

      * Old fashioned policies / unwilling to progress * Generally low salaries for the role comparable to other employers. * Progression can require a constant request and is not actively encouraged by management.

      Great colleagues and accessible management. It's nice to be working for a company that values doing good over maximising profits.

      Cons

      Pension contribution could be higher. But offset by good bonuses.
