      Pros

      I don't see anything, all the companies pay their employees.

      Cons

      1. Poor management 2. Tight deadlines 3. No work life balance 4. Treating like slaves 5. Heavy work pressure 6. Late night work which will be extend more than mid night occasionally 7. Mangers forcely compile to work holidays also. 8. .No onsite opportunity 7. No learnings 8. No training 9. No proper team structure. 10. No pay for overtime 11.Micro monitoring each people TO BE FRANK, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR PEOPLE.

      casual work attire, flexible schedules, interesting technology

      Extremely poor leadership by the new CEO Kevin "Wrath" McRaith. He is from big pharma,believes in and executes top heavy management, and has no vision. He has no experience with turn arounds, start ups, or technology companies. He's cleaned house of all the former leaders and employed outsiders that lack the history or experience to make the company successful. He has no experience running a lean and mean organization and is more accustomed to top heavy management, big budgets, and big entitlements

      Sneaky management. Eavesdropping on conversations, monitored email, conflicting management styles. Stressful environment as you are always wondering "whose next " on the chopping block
