      Good tech, toxic workplace

      Pros

      Unique company in terms of its tech. Extremely complicated engineering challenges. Early programmers produced a truly remarkable product. Company is generous with regards to perks, food, etc'

      Cons

      The R&D culture borders on bullying. The leading characters are aggressive, controlling, and lacking in trust. Experienced programmers have come and gone, leaving the company with mostly inexperienced workers. If you want to feel appreciated and respected, this is not the place for you. Atmosphere is stagnant, perhaps even melancholic. Business performance appears fair, but not much more than that.

      AI/ML is a hot and trending space

      Cons

      GTM strategy is non-existence, disorganized, and it will take weeks/months to get a quote Culturally, this is the most toxic work environment I have worked in. Smile to you face and stab you behind your back. "Leadership" is very political, with immense amounts of favoritism. They will force people out if they don't like you

      Pros

      Nice offices, some of the people are great, lots of food. Product is good. If you're reading good reviews, their probably from the marketing team.

      Cons

      Where to start?? High turnover, all good people leave fast. Executives are not in touch with anything, communication is horrible, no real HR, faveforatizm all over. Salaries and terms are ok, but not much more.
