      Pros

      They follow a 9/80 workweek for majority of positions, where working 9 hours a day results in every other Friday being off. The company is owned by employees, so it avoids the garbage that can come from a stock based company.

      Cons

      Pay is only median by comparison, with limited growth potential within the company itself.

      Pros

      Work schedules can be flexible upon request with approval. Very busy so job secured.

      Cons

      There's no career path if you are looking for growth opportunities. Managers never miss any chance to teach you who's the boss. Those who work hard or do bare minimum at work (or at home) make no difference to upper management except hardworking people get burdened down with extra work, and that can lead to high stress in Sales.
