Pros

I had a great, approachable manager, friendly welcoming staff and a close knit team. I only left due to relocating and a training contract offer elsewhere. Onboarding and training was great. The salary may have changed by now.

Cons

No major cons that I can recall. It was a great place to work.

Work life balance, culture, supportive, tons of development opportunities, a real fun place to work, tons of social events - they really do look after you!!

Cons

I genuinely struggle to think of any genuine cons - I have been here almost 9 years and have recommended Weightmans to so many of my friends - each one who has joined loves it
