      Bad employer, simply put (especially accounting)

      Pros

      Ping pong table, defective arcade system, monthly bday cake events, lots of activities (sports, drinks, karaoke, bbq, etc). But all this doesn't matter if workplace is negative.

      Cons

      Bad working culture and ethics, no sense of job security, people quitting or getting fired constantly.

      Ok as a job, but not a career

      Friendly, clean work area, tollerent and considerate management, good as a first job after DEP. Large understanding and comunication gap between the the floor and the office

      Cons

      Low pay, high stress, sink or swim mentality, too competitive, management often says one thing but means an other, contradicts themselves and each other.
