      Pros

      Cheap healthcare, 401k contributions, hourly schedule enabling a decent work-life balance

      Cons

      Terrible mid-level management, very low pay compared to competitors, incredible lack of communication among colleagues across the board, top-down mindset that the employee is disposable, and limited career growth opportunities. Worst of all, Relocation Counselors are consistently forced to do things outside their job description that Client Services Managers and Directors should be doing.

      Pros

      Learned so much about real estate and relocation industry, too bad it’s trial by fire and you have to teach yourself everything. Some employees are wonderful, hardworking people I felt very lucky to work alongside.

      Cons

      Outdated office, culture and CRM, poor management, low pay, Unwilling to negotiate salary, training is severely lacking and left almost entirely up to coworkers who are too busy and stressed handling their workload to train you, springs and summers are insanely busy and coworkers resent if you take victimize because we need to fully cover for each other which is entirely impossible during busy times although management does not agree
