no job security is there so dont join

Very low pay for the amount of work they expect. No proper guidance from management at all. Everyone is just guessing what to do. The environment is toxic and stressful for no reason. People get fired randomly without any explanation, so there’s zero job security. New joiners are expected to know everything from day one, which is just unrealistic. Honestly, there are no pros.Also, the mid-level team leaders and managers seem to make things worse rather than better. Communication is poor, decisions are confusing, and it genuinely feels like it would be easier to have a direct conversation with the CEO than deal with the current management layer.most of the time it feels like they themselves don’t know what they’re doing. You’re left completely on your own to figure things out, and when things go wrong, the blame is pushed down instead of taking responsibility.
