Specially in kolkata webtel does not have any communication with their lower label executive. They does not consult with the employee before termination even they do not ask for show cause or give any warning to the employee before termination and just send the mail of termination that the person is terminated from that day it self. There is a huge communication gape between employer and employee at all stages. Executive do not receive incentive before 5 to 6 month. Bonanzas are declared to increase the sale but executive who achieved the target receive the amount in pain and paper but actually do not receive the case in hand ever. People who are operating from Delhi behave with the out station employee as they are like out source from different company or third party payroll.

Nothing to learn here. They don't provide you basic necessities even they don't have washroom and pantry facility. Pantry staffs are so rude. Most of the time electricity is not provided. You have to survive to work here. Admin and hr department are so useless. No Saturday relief. Salary deduction on late arrival even if you stuck in traffic or due to metro they don't wave off for this. There is no chance of career growth because their working environment is very old. Sometime it's feel like school.
