We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While we do not agree with every characterization in this review, we take concerns about compensation, communication, workload, feedback, and management practices seriously.
As a growing company, we know that roles can evolve quickly, especially in a client-focused environment where team members may gain exposure to multiple areas of delivery. That said, we recognize the importance of ensuring that responsibilities, expectations, compensation, and career growth are communicated clearly and reviewed consistently.
