      Great people and leaders - no benefits is painful

      Pros

      The people you work with are great. Fun environment. Helpful down-to-earth work environment. Communication with leadership is a knock away. Leadership is great. Compassionate and caring. Talk to your leader and let them help you get past any issues. Honestly can't emphasize your colleagues are mostly wonderful. Wonderful ability to just work around issues by communicating with your leaders and teammates.

      Cons

      Poor benefits all around: - The shocking hours and rules. 9-6 hours, forced 1-hour lunch. - Rules. Very stuck in the past. Dress code!! Never mind getting the job done, you have to make sure you're wearing the right attire in this day and age. - healthcare is a joke. - promised benefits are yet to be seen. - do not expect PTO, it accrued so slowly and you do not start off with anyThe - CEO is not professional, you feel like her personal pheasant. The CEO is however someone that does deserve respect. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, and proud. It is just sad how they run around the place like royalty.

      Thank you for your feedback. Webhead values open communication with all employees, and we appreciate your input. This particular project/work is governed by the Service Contract Act, not by our company. The government sets the wage rates and Health & Welfare allowances. We have no control over this process, and all employees are made aware as it is a condition of employment. We engage with them several times per year on this concern with little success. As to the “Higher Ups” comment: That’s Me! There are no layers between his Manager (who is well respected) and me. That’s a benefit because, in a large corporation, entry-level employees may not have the opportunity to speak directly with higher-ups. My door is always open, and I am willing to engage on any topic. Come on in and let me know what you are thinking! Janie, CEO & President
