Flexible with schedule. Working with youth, to give them the tools for them to emotionally regulate themselves in the future.
Cons
Supervisor is not able to properly train new team member. Staff is stressed by the rate of turn over and unclear expectations. There is limited to no training, it's a figure it out as you go by yourself environment. The billing expectations do not line up with the note writing expectations. There is no accountability or support amongst leadership.
