Flexible Timings Sufficient parking space. Certification reimbursements. Insurance policy

Cons

Seems to me like the management thinking is stagnant and has no vision at all. No fixed HR policies and you are valued only if there are projects. Slow growth No trainings Poor management and no hierarchy as such. High expectations with low salary packages.

Cons

Bad quality of work, Information aren't shared across department, HR dept. are not so active. No process for CMMI 3. Pay is less as compared to others. People are stuck in same position for years..
