      Pros

      1- They follow design patterns by book and the code reviewing process is more than great 2- Work Environment is great and the team members are hard-working and updated 3- The company has its own product which facilitate applying the company's vision and being up to date with the current technologies from time to time

      Cons

      1- The product is huge, so it's a long process to get familiar with the project to start developing and the documentation is not sufficient. 2- Working in a start-up force you to wear a lot of hats , so there is no formal structure.
