I had a very disappointing experience with Webmobril Technologies. The company is not employee-oriented in any way—they primarily think about their own convenience and make very little effort to support their employees.
Salaries are not paid on time (often after the 20th of the month), and despite offering a day shift during hiring, they frequently expect employees to work extra hours after office without any additional compensation. There are no performance-based incentives, and many of the promises made during the hiring process were never fulfilled once the job actually began.
There’s also no flexibility when it comes to working from home—they insist on physical presence in the office every day, regardless of the situation. The work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available around the clock.
Even after leaving the company, the full and final settlement process is unnecessarily delayed. In my case, I had to constantly follow up via calls and emails for over 45 days, only to receive the settlement another 45 days later. It felt like I had to "please" the management just to receive what I was rightfully owed.
