Cons
Fast-Paced Environment: The "startup" energy is still very much alive, which means things move fast. It can be intense at times, so you need to be good at managing your own bandwidth. Learning Curve: Because the product is so deep and sophisticated, it takes a bit of time to fully wrap your head around the entire ecosystem when you first join.
