Pros

I have been associated with Web Spiders for 9+ years now as a Senior Designer. # All these years, what has kept me associated to this company is the feeling of belongingness. It's like one big family working with different technologies with varied challenges and clients. # There is never dearth of learning opportunities. Over all these years, I have enjoyed equal chances of learning and teaching. # Variety of projects always keep work interesting. Never have I felt stagnant in terms of technology knowhow. # The management is very usually travelling and busy but still always has time to listen to each and every problem of employee. They may always not be able to give a solution instantly, but they never ignore our requests. # They frequently interact with project and product teams and giving their valuable inputs, rather than depending solely on reporting authorities. Briefing and constant guidance are always provided. This often helps in the overall project deliveries. # As it happens with every business, there are good times and there are not-so-good times. The latter has been true for Web Spiders in the last year. Thankfully, with the efficient guidance of the management, we are managing to overcome the hurdles that 2016 threw at us. In fact it has taught us new things on how to be together in tough times. # Employee reviews and appraisals always have a predictive approach. # The company celebrates employees’ birthdays and festivals in a beautiful way. Those celebrations and other team building activities during festivals, really brings team closer and it becomes lot of fun and a break from the work

Cons

# Since there are many projects being handled simultaneously, the work pressure is quite a bit. But if you enjoy learning about new technologies and like challenges, you will enjoy this pressure. # The bigger the family, more the problems. Some issues are there which HR is tackling on a day to day basis. What's good to see that issues are not ignored.

Pros

At least they have a office with seats, workstations, AC , ok types of hygeine

Cons

1) they don't pay you before 10th - so be prepared to miss your EMI's, bills, child's fees & etc 2) complete miss management - they expect projects deadline can be minimized by making resources - overnight, week ends & 20 hours a day 3) you have to work on multiple timezone's clients & also IST 4) people are treated like slaves - they abuse almost everyone in emails, floor - almost in your nightmares even. 5) its typically a shop where resources are abused mentioning their salary & all **much more but enough for me now..

Pros

1.Snacks 2.Office infrastructure There are no more pros.

Cons

First of all I would say that the no company can have the rating difference like from 2.3 to 4.1 within few days.So you can guess what happens. The company is forcing it's employer to rate at the glassdoor and the HR will tell you what to write. Now coming to the cons* ::-- 1. Salary is not in time. You don't know when your salary will be credited. 2.You have to forget about the bonus even it is getting deducted from your salary. If you are lucky then you can get in every 2 years. 3.Management is always monitoring you.I mean if you are searching for jobs. 4.Salary increment you can get if and only if you can be a bootlicker. 5.There is no HR in this company.I mean there is HR executive designated person. But you have any problem if you have to ask the VP because she is only person to manage and approve of anything.Hr is here on behalf of her to keep eye on the employees. Like if you are going to play TT then the HR will simply write in chat to VP that you are playing TT and will add that you don't have any work that's why you are playing. The next you will know what happen.. 6.You will not have any personal life.Because they will call you anytime even at 2 or 3 P.M. 7.If you are late at work you will not any facility like food or transport. But they will force you to work late. 8.Leave policy is there. But you can't take it as it will not get approved. 9.Recently they have sacked many people. So no job guarantee. 10.Many seniors have left.In every month minimum 2 or 3 employees are resigning. 11.And most importantly even if you left the company you will not get the rest of the money.I have one friend who left one year ago, still didn't get the pending salary. 12.Simply the company doesn't have money to pay their employees. 13.In this company everyone seems so knowledgeable specially the management. So you know what happens if someone from management lectures you about the any technologies which is learned by doing some google typing rather practical knowledge. 14. So always mental pressure will be there. And after coming to the company you will know that you know nothing, you didn't learn anything from your career. The management will teach you about technology or whatever. 15,The company is not getting any employees to hire so they are creating fake reviews/ If you don't believe me then ask any of your friend who is working at WS.
