Pros

I loved working with Web Partner clients and team of freelancers. Everyone wanted to do and see a job well done. There was great motivation to do so as the websites we're being created and maintained for doctors and their practice. Plus I was able to work from home and create my own hours, so this was truly a perfect job for me. The projects needed a lot of love and organization, so I very much enjoyed working 10-12 hour days to create a "well oiled machine". The clients were very vocal about how thankful they were that I was there taking care of their projects.

Cons

I unfortunately never got paid on time and had to ask to the point of begging unprofessionally to be paid. The reasons for late paychecks ranged from the bank's fault, the pay system's fault, to even the owner's mother's fault... It was never explained that it was due to a money flow problem until the 5th late paycheck, and subsequently, am still owed 2 paychecks for work I completed. It was not an isolated issue, as the writers and developer never got paid on time either. I tried to work with the excuses and tell myself it had to do with new systems and being a new employee. But after seeing time and time again the owner try to get out of paying people on time (or at all) for work they did, I couldn't ignore the issue any longer. This realization led me to having to beg to be paid, which is the most unprofessional, stressful and humiliating work experience I have ever had. I needed the job and felt if I kept working to make projects and clients happy that the issue would resolve. Only it never did.
