Pros
- allowances only but the base pay is low
Cons
- low base salary and the increase is also ridiculously low - they will overwork you to your core - they rather employ bootcampers which are newly graduate students they pay P16,500 per month rather than get a professional to help the team - politics is rampant and you will not get promoted unless you are favorite of the managers - performance bonus is subjective whether your manager likes you or not - promotions and opportunities are not equal for everyone - HRs are not approachable - no transparency - the only company with long rendering period if you want to leave 60 days - no work life balance - they mask their company as diverse and inclusive but as the longer you are in the company the longer you will see how abusive they are of their people. They earn from outsourcing people and charging their customers a lot per head but will pay the employee really low. - no proper training
