      Pros

      Great people all around. Company truly cares about its employees. Different departments you can work in. The pay is ok, but if you like to work independently, then this is the place to be. Show up on time, get your work done, and go home. Paid time off, and holidays. When you have a question, there is always someone you can call. Overtime pay is good, and pretty easy to obtain weekly.

      Cons

      What everyone wants, more money. The ability to take the company vehicle home everyday would be great. Most company's, or at least pest control, let you take the company truck home. Too many indians that think they are chiefs. Advancement is still a question mark.

      Some good people , but lack focus on the employees who keep it running

      The other employees were great people, The core values of the company are great and the work was not difficult.

      Cons

      Focus seems to be on the wrong areas. The pay is changed constantly with no consistency from year to year. Advancement from within is almost non-existent. They always hire from outside for new management positions or newly created positions and pay them lots of money. While the employees who have been loyal for many years either constantly have pay cuts or ups and downs from year to year based on what way they decide to pay that year with very expensive benefits. Unless you work out of the main office then there is very little support.
