Pros
The pros cannot be overstated! If you're looking for somewhere you feel like you matter and you really want to change lives, this is the place you want to be! - Fair wages for Care Coordinators, offering great benefits and packages for continued education, PTO, and more. Great focus on work life balance as well. - Incredibly smart and passionate folks, everyone is beyond dedicated and it truly feels like you're making a difference. They're very focused on feedback and genuinely listen to their employees. - Internal growth is attainable and supported, not only with their benefits but with their internal opportunities and the guidance from colleagues. - Manageable workloads for Care Coordinators, supportive environment when things feel like they're a little much, and great opportunities for projects and areas of interest that you'd like to explore more. - Amazing organization that continues to grow. There is a large focus on training and accessibility, and any questions that aren't already addressed do get resolved and updated very quickly.
Cons
From a Care Coordinator perspective I truly do not have any cons. I returned to Waymark after taking a year off for myself and they have been nothing but understanding and supportive.
