      Pros

      WMG is a collaborative environment, that promotes personal and professional development. The working space is filled with highly skilled, driven and passionate people, that love what they do and are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      WMG has dual facilities in the US and South Africa, with an 8 hour time difference, meetings between the two sites are usually very early the US employees and late for the SA employees. However, flexible working hours alleviate the strain of this.
