Environmentally friendly. Great place to learn and see recycling process.
Cons
When i started managers were good last 2 years something seems to have changed in their management style which have made them behave very nasty with employees. Loved the company but not the manager, and all managers seem to be following the trend of being abusive. Not giving equal opportunity (noticed this in the past 2 years). Not discussing any internal vacancy in a department and favoring a staff over another and creating rift among each other (noticed this in the past 2 years)..
