If glassdoor have any Analytical engine based on reviews then this Pros Section will be automatically get disabled for warpdrive. 1. coo of company is only good thing about company.

Cons

I was a fresher when I had joined this company, so lets talk about my learning curve first. Training-> Complete disappointment, here training sucks, you u ll not have any dedicated trainers , the people who are working there they ll teach you, and they will not teach you properly , I mean you cant expect them to teach because usually a employee end up working 10 to 12 hours avg a day and company expect them to trains some freshers also , so they dont do there jobs properly. and the sessions are completely waste. The company hires lots of fresher and if you ll not train them well ,then how you expect them a good performance from them. then they will say there is tool called google learn from it. yes fresher will learn from google for that also you need to provide a proper direction of learning curve. Ask any of the fresher how apex get executed over cloud? Does apex have any virtual machine like jvm ?(since freshers comes from java background.) ask them does apex use compiler or a interpreter or there is no concept of it. ask them what do you mean by strongly typed language , "strongly typed" is in apex definition it self , but i am 100% sure none of the freshers will be able to answer even though its part of introduction of apex. now whom to blame freshers ?? obviously not fresher neither the employee who do the session because they don't have any teaching experience. this is just apex they doesn't have any training session of lightning and lwc at all, no javascript nothing. Learning experience-> oh woo best topic ! I wonder when, I see glassdoor review which says great learning experience best for fresher . seriously I just wanted to know who commented that? you ll learn nothing here, you will learn how to make a shity project and garnish this with coriander and give to your client. come on open your eyes. You ll not even learn how to do a proper deployment, yes you ll learn change sets to do deployment , most of the fresher will not even learn how to use vs code with salesforce ,. git ?? what is this first of all? bamboo, Jenkins ?? doesn't ring any bell?? you ll not even learn visual force properly how could you expect learning Lightning web component here? ask any of the fresher who had worked for 1 year in warpdrive tell me what do mean by apex is on demand language? do you know what is Dom ?? have you ever heard about virtual Dom? ok leave this just ask them what is ECMAScript (or ES)? and people say great learning experience, mad or what? Work-Life Balance--> Is there any thing called work life Balance also??in warpdrive they ll put into project and that's all now die with the project , work like a donkey. Come on you cant handle entire project with your own even its very small project and you have tight schedule . I remember when I used to work till 2 pm everyday and you know what some time you ll be working on two or more projects hahahah now you imagine what developers had done to the projects 3. projects at same time !! project will become become cow dung !!oh wait not this it will become elephant's Dung(is there any specific term for elephant's dung I don't know). weekends ?? what man you are in warpdrive don't even dare to think about. comp off?? are you talking alien here? public holidays ? yo this warpdrive man !this company is not on mother earth it on mars so no concept of public holiday . leaves - warpdrive fallows no leave policy. ok this means what means once you are in warpdrive even you die also your dead body have to work for them . are you in hospital cool nice place to work no body will disturb you . "The CEO once told that 8hr/day is for construction workers not for software engineers." I wanted to mention the above line . Ethics and compliance no ethics and compliance training here. also no management for this to handle , ok we know its a small company cant handle much training cost cool, but at least some basic training some introductions at least! yes you get a laptop so you can do work from home also this sounds great but if have your laptop and there is no security tool to secure your data no vpn enforced nothing, you might be in risk to exposing client's data because you ll use that laptop as personal laptop because there is no security measures enforced over your laptop. if your laptop got hacked you end up exposing clients data. And for this who is responsible ?? you who else. because CEO is super smart he ll give you tons of crap and yes don't ever forget about that joining letter, which is joining letter cum contract hahaha .(but this is serious topic even by mistake also fresher lose the data and it ll come to employee and everybody know what could happen with the employees because for company you are nothing. so management must do something about it .)anyone can easily hack those laptops . Salary--> Salary?? dude you are from warpdrive man ,you ll change the entire software industry. you are putting your soul, blood ,mind and your life everything into it ? why you need salary and all man ? you are here to be a part of a greater change why you need salary , thuu stupid fellow . I hope now you don't wanna know about salary and all of warpdrive. but for hike i want to say they will say they will give good hike to fresher , hahaha but ask a fresher how much he ll get not even industry standards . you should be thank full them and don't forget to die for them if they ask. and they will give you hike on your bday irrespective of you date of joining .what?? yes this true and if your bday is next to after few months of joining they ll not give . you have to complete the next cycle. amazing . brilliant ,super you ll die twice if u ll hear this first time. Job Security--> Job Security is anyway less in IT so don't blame wardrive but ... (there is always a but) the job security in warpdrive is 0% they can fire you anytime and you cant even demand like two months salary or something . they immediately shut down you from the their system no notice no warnings , no notice period , you ll not see that it coming towards you . if you ever pissed off CEO of the company , which you ll do for sure. then you are gone man , but its a good thing if you ll get fired from warpdrive this the best thing will happen to your entire life you ll come back to this planet. one incident I want to mention here , during pandemic they fired employees .ok fine no problem but they had fired a fresher also she has disabilities . they fired a girls who has disabilities that also during starting of pandemic when every company was panicking and every people were worried about their jobs and life. They didn't even give her chance to search a job at least two month salary they would have given . so cold hearted they are man !!how could she will survive in Bangalore that also she used to stay alone in Bangalore . she was fresher and she had very less salary . wardrive could easily afford it . From this incident I never recommended any one to join warpdrive. I felt so bad about it. Teambuilding Activities--> in the name of team building we used have a meeting once every month. idont want to say that its party because from no where it looks like party . the CEO will come he explain everything about the company what's going on and few appreciations etc but imaging to speak about 5 points normally you take 30 min , CEO will speak for 4 hours unless until your ears will not bleed he will not finish his speech. who does that man , that also if you say that its a party. project management--> no management at all . you have your laptop and a project and don't forget you have power of google and now go die in frustration with project. they doesn't have project managers. no team lead no Architects no testers no BA oh wait wait they do have the BAs and they are the most utter crap of warpdrive . have you heard a term call requirement gathering yes they do collect it from client but it so awesome and brilliantly collected that developers will end up talking to client during entire life span of projects. and you know what best part is here, warpdrive will force BAs to do Testing for the project hahahaha. i felt Bad about them, because they suffers more than developers there in warpdrive. warpdrive doesn't fallow any development modal ,no rules, no guidelines , no quality cheeking. any of the projects are not even documented properly . and Developer they write so bad code that if a architect will see he ll die twice . he is brain will get paralyzed. Benefits--> You know the greatest invitation is Zero . Yes warpdrive will give you This only the Big Zero. CEO--> This the last topic that i want to discuss it When i joined first warpdrive i asked a question to him why you had open this company ? he said he was not happy with the company where he used work , he didn't like the policies they had . so wanted to build a good work culture or something he said . so got excited i was impress with him that he z different. now i lough at my self when ever i think about. If there was any option to rate CEO i would have given him Zero .

All the reviews here talked about how good this place is to learn. So I will keep it short and say that it is true.

Cons

*Before you read this, please read all the positive reviews. Now I hope you noticed how all the reviews say that this is a good place to work. But no one will say why. *Please understand that this reviews are written like this is some kind of an assignment and reviewed by someone and then posted. If you write good reviews, the CEO will appreciate you and tell others to take tips from you. *Anonymous review has no meaning in this company. I am rewriting my review. *People grown according to environment. WarpDrive is either high pressure or low staffed at any given point of time. So people grow. *One more thing that forced me to write this is the covid situation. I know some companies terminated people, some companies withheld appraisals and cut salaries. *Warpdrive did all of this. The shocking truth is salaries were cut by more than 50% for some people. Many people were already let go. All this while they kept hiring new people. *I realized the problem is most people like me joined as freshers and didn't know what actually we deserve. There is nothing except salary given to us or spent on us. I was shocked to know that people get shift allowances for working during non-office hours. *The company will keep growing because they will keep using freshers who don't know what they deserve. *There is not even a HR department here to address concerns from the employees. *Please talk to the currently working people on LinkedIn for a honest review before joining or even applying.

Pros

Very good and helpful team.  Company Provides Work home Option. Good Exposure for fresher.

Work-Life Balance ----------------- "Work-life Balance" whatttt? There is no work-life balance no matter if you are fresher or experienced. Weekend work is almost common. The surprising fact is that they don't provide a com-off or extra salary if you work on weekends. Isn't it amazing?? Most of the Employees work on more than 1 project. If you are experienced you should take interviews and help in Pre-Sales along with the project. you are expected to work more than 8hr/day. The CEO once told that 8hr/day is for construction workers not for software engineers. Benefits -------- "Benefits" In warp drive are you joking? :) The management tries to save money wherever they can. In fact, they don't provide an "ID card" for their employees. How cool is that?? No Medical Insurance to employees. The company doesn't provide any Internet fee.(chair or table during WFH in covid-19 situation). Don't even think of performance bonuses are gifts/sweets for any festival. Job Security ------------ Management has fired a lot of people. If you question the decision taken by management chances of you getting fired are very high. If you looking for a secured job you are in the wrong place. Salary -------- Average salary. During the pandemic, they did reduce the salary. Not sure whether they will pay that deducted salary in the future. Don't expect a very good hike. Holiday -------- This is interesting. "The company has no holiday policy" yesssss? isn't it great?? But sometimes you can't take leave when you want to and ended up working on a govt holiday also. Because management asks you to plan you leave with the project dependency and most the project timeline is very tight or irrealistic and you have to work on weekends and govt holiday to deliver it. Fun/Teambuilding Activities --------------------------- The company used to organize one party every month in office premises before the pandemic. Where they would talk about the project and the company status and ask for feedback from employees. If the CEO doesn't like your feedback or you disagree with the CEO with some decision. Better search for a new job before they fire you. Most of the people who disagreed with the CEO in those meetings are fired. The company organized self-sponsored outing on weekends last year. ya, you read that right it's SELF SPONSORED. Management ---------------- Worst management. company doesn't have a project manager. So it's a developer job to manage the project also. The management contacts you when there is an escalation in your project or else they don't even look at you. They always want employees to work hard and we don't see that from management. The management most of the time supports the client which will demotivate the developers. Learning ----------- For experienced, there won't be much learning. For fresher, there will be good exposer to the industry but there will be a lot of pressure. If you are lucky you might get a certification voucher. Don't just go by positive reviews you can see most of the positive reviews are written after the negative review. I hope you can understand this If you are experienced Please keep this company as your last option. Please talk with current and Ex-Employees before you join this company. If you are a fresher you can join this company only if you can handle the pressure. Think "N" times before you join this company.
