      Great benefits, profit sharing. Able to work four 10 hour days.

      Cons

      Leads do not know how to manage and distribute inventory fairly to achieve production daily.

      Holiday parties... Bonuses.... Incentives for not getting sick

      Cons

      If you are not married into the family or one of the favorites, you will not be promoted. You will be blocked from going anywhere. There is no more overtime. I once heard a manager talking about an employees personal life to other employees.
