Thank you for the feedback, although I am disappointed to read these claims of upper management being "awful" and that there is perceived "male favoritism". At WareSpace we are proud of our diversity amongst our team at all levels. I would like to point out that of all of our team, 57% are males and 42% are females... This is on average with the female workforce in the United States which is slightly higher at 46.6%. I would encourage you to come speak with any of our executives, including the female C-Suite executive, if this is a true concern as this is something we take very seriously. Additionally, the management here at WareSpace is invested in listening to our employees, as many of the other reviews point out, so please come talk to us about any issues you are having. I know, personally, that changes have been implemented based on the feedback received from two specific employees. You too can be part of helping guide WareSpace, but we would need you to come to us so that we know where the pain points are and so we can be given the opportunity to fix them.
