      Pros

      The opportunity for advancement is available to all who put in the hard work and there is a good mentoring program. You can learn so much from the other leaders in the company.

      Cons

      The company is large and has many offices which is great but sometimes it is hard to keep up with who everyone is and where they work. You have to be proactive in reaching out to make relationships, which is encouraged. Might be intimidating to some.

      Pros

      There are so many amazing people throughout the entire company and that has translated into a truly remarkable culture. There is an emphasis on bringing people together to have fun and collaborate to constantly improve the company for the employees. At WM, there is freedom to create your own path and go as far as you would like within its entrepreneurial environment. Mentorship at all levels is prioritized. The Company manages to have a tight knit feel even with the many offices across the continent.

      Cons

      At times, operating costs are cut that cause inefficiencies within the company which seemingly cost the company more than what they are intended to save. Some of the benefits are difficult to understand.
