      Salary good. At least one bonus each year. Acquisition allowance Special Allowance. As we I am working in IT department, it needs handwork, and creativity to find solution of the problems related to energy sector issue.

      Cons

      Seniors are not so much technically expert to groom you and guide you . No focus on specialization, skill development.
