4yThank you for taking the time to post this honest feedback. I'm really sorry you felt that we missed the mark at Waitwhile and we definitely take this to heart. We're still a young startup with just a few dozen on the team, but I really want to make Waitwhile a diverse and inclusive place - and it's clear we have a lot of work to do here.
We never want our employees to feel excluded or tokenized. To address the issue of discomfort around speaking about our DE&I efforts, we will start having regular conversations and education around inclusiveness on all levels. We will also improve the opportunities for employee feedback with DE&I in mind.
I am so glad that you found an organization that you feel motivated in and going forward we will work to ensure that everyone feels that same sense of recognition and motivation at Waitwhile.
