Having seen and heard the negativity that a supervisor does to the employees nothing is being done tvs production, been going on way to long years who is protecting her and why u never see a smile on any of there faces there not allowed to talk go to bathroom only at break and not ONE MIN EARLY there pay rates are being denied the attendance policy, supervisor won't give vacation days but quick to give demarits give bad reviews on purpose with out the employer knowing and treat new employee comming in extremely horrible let just say if she don't like u you fired or transfed to assembly does give new hire no chance, rate everyday has to be 100% other wise consiquence will be address handbook policy says all this is not allowed alot of employees including other departments see everything but to afraid to speak up, cuz if done situation becomes lot worse and nobody wants to lose there job but it is just not far to these employees and if spoken to there all very nice
