      Pros

      If you enjoy happy hours and drinking, this work force is always willing. Opportunity to travel of in the right position.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt. The environment is completely toxic and unprofessional. No opportunity for growth, they bypass those who have worked hardest for it and are most experienced. HR is non-existent and part of the problem.

We have focused a great deal on building a culture that embodies our team-identified core values of caring, trust, transparency, collaboration and innovation. We also have a new person leading our HR department as of April 2021.
