Good benefits. Flexible PTO. Extensive training for new sales hires (not managers)
Cons
Personal experience is poor leadership. Managers are not coached effectively to learn how to get better at the job. There are a lot of promises of amazing digital products only to learn that they are at best equal to and most of the time inferior to the competition. However, that is the number one driver for the company...digital sales. Most of the leadership at the station level is not familiar with digital sales processes, making digital achievement nearly impossible.
