This review is specifically for the Oakville office. It is a poorly managed place- the manager is disgruntled old man who takes out his anger on his employees. He is very big on micromanaging. Every morning there is a group call where he takes out his anger and disappointment out on the group. Career growth opportunities are very limited if you don’t have the technical knowledge about the instrumentation industry. This is also a male dominated industry. Don’t expect to grow here without a technical background. The compensation is not enough for how much an inside sales is expected to do.
