Lads who you work with are all good and with same mindset.

Cons

A disgusting company who treats their employees like slaves. The company has no interest in treating us fairly. Some of the guys recently discovered WGM been refusing to pay them their overtime after several months. The vans are fitted with cameras facing inside and out that beep if you touch your face and don't drive with two hands on the wheel. WGM police force will pull you up if you are caught doing anything they don't like on camera or if your tracker pings you at the wrong place at wrong time. Management more interested in catching people out and scold you than help support.

1. Growing company. 2. Hybrid working for office staff. 3. Great team that make you feel valued. 4. Salary above many competitors and with great progression. 5. Willing to move employees between departments if wanting a change. 6. Car lease scheme for office staff and work van for projects staff.

Cons

Not many cons but could do with an improved structure with clearer expectations and deadlines. Business would also benefit from employing a document controller.
