Pay would be anywhere from a couple days late to almost 2 weeks late. Last year they cut medical benefits off with only a few day notice and employees had to pay out of pocket any expenses. When our W2's came out this year many employee's thought they were off and we had worked earned more income. when asking for a copy of our W2's from previous pay stubs the employees stopped replying to messages.

The back end of WAYS USA is extremely unorganized and they only care about you if you're signing people up for them. There have been instances of sexual harassment that were never addressed. There is no way to contact an HR representative. Not getting paid on time is a CONSISTENT problem. They are okay with upper management speaking to their employees in an extremely disrespectful manor. The company seems to be run by children winging an entire business.
