Pros
Some opportunities to change role all nuclear and renewable in the uk. Uk arm is very profitable and so they do try and look after employees.
Cons
If you get a good business manager my first one was not good. He made a lot of promises but never delivered. You won’t make too Money but they also pay you while they redeploy you to another assignment there is a focus on staff profession and retention
