      Pros

      First Indian startup company recognized by Gartner as a cool vendor. Developing their own product on IT AIOps and Big-data analytics which is going to be future of IT Industry. First product company I have seen, company which is flexible to do any level of customization, which is required for the customer. Friendly work atmosphere, they give opportunity to explore more on technology and Innovations.

      Should work more on UI part.

      - Opportunity to work on new technologies in Big data and Machine learning - Team with tons of of experience in product development and programming. Get to learn a lot working with them. - Awesome product concept. - Small team. One gets to work across domains - Most of the development is in python. My favourite language. - Salary Okayish. Stock options

      I had the misfortune of working at Vunet Systems, and it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. The company's priorities are misguided, and employee well-being is not a consideration. - Work-life balance is non-existent. Expect long hours and unrealistic deadlines. - Zero work ethics - professionalism and integrity are not valued. - Compensation is subpar and doesn't reflect industry standards. - Toxic work culture - favoritism, gossip, and negativity thrive. - Zero growth opportunities - learning and development are not prioritized. - No learning curve - stagnation is the norm. I would not recommend Vunet Systems to anyone seeking a healthy and fulfilling work environment.
