      Great time to get in with this growing company!

      Pros

      There are a lot of good things I could list here. The most important to me is the fact that the owner of the company is very involved, very knowledgeable, and really cares about the well-being of his employees. That makes Vrazer a really enjoyable place to work even when things are hectic and busy.

      Cons

      The owner is a great problem solver which doesn't leave many issues to talk about.

      Pros

      Every day is a welcome challenge. There is no day that you don't get to learn anything new. No matter how much work there is the CEO always trust us to get it done and doesn't micro manage. Not a single day goes where I regret coming to work.

      Cons

      You get used to working at the pace that is normally maintained, and then when days come that work slows down you aren't challenged as much. Just speaks more on the dedication to work and wanting to get it done.

      Pros

      I have been working for VRAZER for 2 years and the company has been a great company to work for. Our CEO has been great to me and has helped guide our team through every project by providing detailed instructions, videos, and being readily available for discussions. They've even worked alongside me to help resolve any technical and coding problems that have popped up during development. The company does have high standards for its programmers, but in my case that has just forced me to raise my own standards and so I've learned a lot of new things and have become a stronger developer along the way.

      Cons

      There aren't a lot of cons that I can think of. The only thing is that the company can be tough on you, but they just have high standards and take pride in the quality of the work. And therefore your standards for yourself must remain high as well.
